FIELD: medicine; surgery. SUBSTANCE: patient must first undergo treatment aimed at normalizing range of lipids contained in his (her) blood plasma so as to reduce acoustic density of thrombotic masses in occluded area from initial level equal to 20 to 15 units, as measured on grey-color scale, down to required alpha level, followed by endovascular aspiration thrombectomy with help of catheter. Finally patient is subjected to percutaneous transluminal angioplasty. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 dwg
