FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with clinical research methods with the help of ultrasound to diagnose functional state of inferior limbs at their chronic arterial deficiency. One should detect circulation rate in patient's main arteries and shin veins both at rest and after physical loading. If these values are altered against the norm it is possible to diagnose degree of functional disorders in microcirculatory pathway. The present method is highly efficient, noninvasive, more simplified in implementation and could be applied in all patients with chronic arterial deficiency of inferior limbs. EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. 4 dwg, 3 tbl
