FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to effect of γ-PL on phagocytosis, lymphocyte proliferation, splenocyte activation and humoral responses in human in mouse. γ-PL does not show effect on phagocyte activity of murine peritoneal macrophages, recoveries the normal ratio of T-lymphocyte subpopulation of the human peripheral cultured lymphocytes in vitro; γ-PL is an immunoadjuvant showing broad spectrum of action, increases antibody titer to the protein and corpuscular antigens, corrects the immune response in immunodeficiency mouse, shows mitogenic property in vitro in murine splenocyte culture (CBA x C57B1/6)F1 and causes the appearance of 60-80% blast cells.
