FIELD: medicinal engineering, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of the immobilized proteolytic enzymes and the modified nucleuses. Firstly, immobilized enzymes as bacterial proteinases (activity is 120-150 ПЕ/ml), 3-6 g; polyalkylene oxide, 2-5 g; and water, the balance are used followed by use of the modified nucleases solution. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of cleansing, increased rate, antiviral protection safety.
