FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out electrostimulation of muscles in walking. Pairs of electrodes having one electrode active and the second one being indifferent, are applied to main and additional muscle groups. Treatment duration is equal to 20 min at the beginning and starts growing to 60 min beginning from the fifth-sixth treatment. Current voltage amplitude concurrently grows from 30 to 60 V, pulse duration periods being 20-200 mcs and frequency 30-80 Hz. Stimulating current is supplied to muscles at natural excitation and contraction phases, electrode size is to correspond to diameter of muscle or muscle group under stimulation and electrode is positioned in perpendicular to muscle fibers direction.
