Abstract RU 2098361 C1

FIELD: petroleum processing. SUBSTANCE: dump oil is subjected to three-step separation by way of settling at 65-75 C to produce light petroleum products, water, and oil-water emulsion. Petroleum products from each separation step are rectified to produce light fractions boiling away up to 200 C and, as rectification residue, kerosene-gas oil fraction with boiling range from 200 C to dry point. Oil-water emulsion from the second separation step is mixed with oil sludge, diluent, and water, treated by demulsifier and, after heating to 40-60 C and agitation, is conveyed into the third separation step, whereupon oil-water emulsion is mixed with above-mentioned rectification residue and heavy petroleum processing residue preheated to 85-95 C to yield commercial produce component. According to invention, ratio of oil-water emulsion from the second separation step to total amount of oil sludge, diluent, and water added is 1:1, and ratio of added components is 1:1: 1; as diluent, drip crude oil or off-grade petroleum products are used; mixture of oil-water emulsion with above-said components is treated by non-ionic demulsifier employed in crude oil electrodesalting processes in quantity 100 g per 1 t of oil sludge.
