FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of procession of oil-containing wastes (sludges) and can be used in oil production, oil refining and other branches of national economy involving formation, warehousing and long storage in sludge pools and sludge collectors of oil-containing wastes. Upper, part of oil-cotaining wastes enriched with oil-products is collected, filtered, heated in film evaporator by contact of free surface of falling film of oil-containing wastes with flow of product of boiler fuel burning cooled to 400-600°C by recirculate of gas phase, cooled in condenser to the temperature of condensation of water vapour contained in gas phase. Re-circulate of oil-containing waste from the bottom of film evaporator is supplied to the top of evaporator, mixed with original oil-containing waste, water vapour is separated from end-product in centrifugal separator with further condensation of vapour in condenser irrigated with the most water-bearing part of oil-containing waste from the medium layer of sludge pool with its further return to sludge pool.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency and productivity of procession process; reduction in energy consumption; ensuring device autonomy due to application of promising equipment and exclusion from the process of heat-carrier, i.e. water vapour.
