Powdery mixture has at least one fuel component from the group: silicon, aluminium, magnesium, zirconium, at least 5 wt.-% pore-forming component, silicon oxide and/or aluminium oxide. Source of pore-forming component: burning out carbon-containing material, swelling material, porous silicon oxide and/or cellular aluminium oxide, and glass microspheres also.
