FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: polyol component has, wt.-%: polyol mixture based on tall oil esterification product, 43.3; silicon-containing surface-active substance, 1.4; foaming agent - trichlorofluoromethane (freon-11), 22.0; potassium acetate as 30-% solution in ethylene glycol, 4.0; and trichloroethylphosphate (component A), 29.4. Polyol component has additionally synergestic antipyrene mixture including product of interaction of monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate or their mixture with urea at mass ratio = (1-2.3):1, respectively; melting point of this component is 102-106 C. Component has also diammonium phosphate and antimony trioxide at mass ratio = (7.5-10.0):(2.5-5.0):(1-2), respectively, and surface-active substance - a mixture of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chlorides with C10-C18-alkyl at mass ratio synergistic antipyrene mixture : mixture of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chlorides with C10-C18-alkyl = (110-290):1 at following ratio of components, mas. p. p.: component A 100; synergistic antipyrene mixture 7.5-14.5, and a mixture of alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chlorides with C10-C18-alkyl 0.05-0.10.
