FIELD: pre-tension of the steel in building conditions. SUBSTANCE: steel with a passive anchor on one end is tensioned by a hydraulic jack to the design value, then the sleeve is fixed by resting of its butt end on the mould by the rod punch of the hydraulic cylinder, and sleeve moulding is performed in the direction of application of tensile force of the steel; the mould moves relative to the fixed sleeve and steel.
