DEVICE FOR TENSIONING AND FIXING OF REINFORCEMENT Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for pretensioning of reinforcement in production of prestressed reinforced concrete structures. Device has mechanism for tensioning of reinforcement with clamps, and mechanism for compressing anchoring sleeves. Both mechanisms are located coaxially. Compressing mechanism is provided with hydraulic cylinder with forcing rod, and with die which is installed inside hydraulic cylinder case. Tensioning mechanism is made in the form of additional hydraulic cylinder which is installed on forcing rod of hydraulic cylinder of compressing cylinder. Tensioning mechanism operates so as to ensure permanent tensioning force for reinforcement. Tensioning of reinforcement and its fixing are performed in single operation. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device increases production capacity, excludes manual labour. Device is simple in design and of small overall dimensions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
