FIELD: joining of roof built-up members profiled on the surface by a longitudinal joint and consisting of metal roofing layers, separated by a gap, which is filled with a compact of high-elastic readily compressible foam material. SUBSTANCE: the comparator is confined from the bottom by a tongue that is moulded from the lower roofing layer of one roof member and located in a recess in the lower roofing layer of the other roof member. The upper roofing layers in the area of the gap are connected by a bolted joint vertically passing through the roof member. Side by side with part 8,9 of metal roofing layer 10 inclined upwards moulding is other part 15, 16 in metal roofing layer 10 also inclined upwards with formation of chute 17,18. Moulded in the area of transition from the second part to the lower fascia is groove 12, which receives coating 11 overlapping the gap. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 16 cl, 3 dwg
