SUBSTANCE: water soluble polymeric film is formed on the surface of applied washout compound that prevents evaporation of the solvent; softened paint coat is removed after seasoning within 5 minutes to 48 hours by means of a cone-shaped jet of liquid fed from the nozzle at a pressure of 4.0 to 30.0 MPa at its well regulated or irregular rotation.
