FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an energy-saving coating and specifically relates to the protection of brick, concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces of buildings and structures, particularly walls, ceilings, as well as storage tanks for oil and oil products, reservoirs for water treatment and storage of reagent compositions, repaired and newly manufactured buildings and structures, as well as to methods for application of protective coating on these surfaces. Energy-saving coating contains several layers based on Moutrical material on said surface, which are made by successive application of coating composition. Coating consists of three layers with total thickness of coating 1.2–1.5 mm, where each layer has thickness of 0.4–0.5 mm. Coating is made from a composition having the following composition, wt%: titanium dioxide 3–5, zinc phosphate 3–6, Altiris pigment 550 4–6, white soot BS 120 3.5–5.5, microtalc 2.5–4.5, organosilicon hydrophobizator – Silres BS 168 0.5–1, organosilicon hydrophobizator – Silres BS 1001 6–8, antifoaming agent Foamaster 0.2–0.4, glass microspheres 10–14, quartz aerogel 2.8–4.8, preserving agent Parmetol A-26 0.1–0.3, biocide Bioban 536 0.1–0.3, coalescent Texanol 2–3, silane A 187 – adhesion promoter 0.2–0.4, acrylic emulsion Akratan AS05.1 35–40, corrosion inhibitor Ascotran 0.1–0.3, thickener Natrosol 250 0.2–0.5, Acrysol RW 8 thickener 0.4–0.8, water – balance.
EFFECT: improved protective properties of the coating.
