FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, particularly, to electric equipment cleaning method. Method of cleaning consists in using liquid cleaners acting on the surface of parts, contacts and electrical connections with subsequent removal of contaminants and drying of cleaned surfaces. Cleaning of equipment is carried out in several stages. At the first stage, the directed jet of dielectric cleaner is applied with specific flow rate of 0.1 l/m2 to complete cleaning of surfaces of electrical equipment elements by cleaner. It is held for 15 minutes with reaching softened condition of impurities and attenuation of their adsorption bond with surface of elements of electrical equipment. At the second stage, softened impurities are washed with a washing dielectric liquid jet with specific consumption of up to 2.0 l/m2 and providing movement of washed off impurities on moisture-absorbing material placed in free space of electrical equipment. At final stage of cleaning, water-absorbing material is removed and purified surface is blown with directed air jet till complete evaporation of remains of dielectric cleaner and flushing liquid.
EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of application area and reduction of time for performance of cleaning jobs.
