FIELD: apartment and service room locking devices. SUBSTANCE: electromechanical lock has electromagnet secured to body, cross bar with retainer and tongue, which are positioned in guides. Flexible member of cross bar is fixed with its one end on lock body and with its other end on cross bar end and is made in the form of extension spring. Lock is further provided with pusher cooperating with cross bar stop and driving member. Cross bar has wedge-shaped slot and double-armed lever loosely mounted on cross bar pin. Cross bar retainer is formed as catch loosely seated on lock body pin and cooperating with electromagnet core and finger, which is positioned on one arm of double-armed lever. Working portion of catch is received in wedge-shaped slot of cross bar. Tongue is provided with two fingers brought in contact with other arm of double-armed lever and pusher.
