FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is intended for hermetic sealing of well mouth at drilling oil and gas wells. Preventer has body with connecting flange and central axial passage. Located in body are main circular sealing member and additional circular sealing member. Both sealing members are positioned axially. Provided are hydraulic actuators in the form of circular hydraulic cylinders. Mounted on rod of each hydraulic cylinder is pusher which can interact with sealing member. Sluice chamber is created between sealing members. When axial passage in preventer is open, string of pipes with joints can freely pass through preventer. At sending command for closing, hydraulic pressure from pumping unit is delivered to rodless space of hydraulic cylinder of hydraulic actuator for one or both circular sealing members. Aforesaid embodiment of preventer improves reliability of operation and widens its technological potentialities. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
