Chamber is provided which can be placed in communication periodically and in turn with gas-filled space of first reservoir and with liquid-filled space of second reservoir. External gas supply source is connected to gas-filled space of first reservoir. Pump is connected to water-filled space of first reservoir. Pump output is connected to second reservoir.
