SUBSTANCE: shut-off device includes body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, cover, spindle, shut-off member and seats which are mounted in cylindrical portion of branch pipe. Each seat consists of bush having spherical inner surface and ring having outer spherical surface which is mounted in bush for self-setting.
