FIELD: electric instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has current and voltage detectors which are connected to multiplier-converter which output is connected to microprocessor, memory unit, advance payment unit and directive button, which are connected to microprocessor, which output is connected to display. In addition device has switching unit. Display has digital and mnemonic indicators. Latter indicator has at least three registers for information display. First register provides information about electric power consumption in user load, second register about presence and intensity of consumption of pre-paid electric power and third register about intensity of consumption of electric power which is to be paid and alarming about cessation of electric power supply. Switching unit is designed as vacuum switch which control drive is connected to microprocessor. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 1 dwg
