SUBSTANCE: device that functions as means for electrical energy distribution, control, and metering and for controlling switching facilities of supply mains and incorporates provision for remote control of authorized power consumption according to results of contract-based payment for electrical energy supply has nonvolatile memory, real-time clock, protected-information input unit, keyboard, switching unit, interface, and microcontroller; input bus of electronic electricity meter is connected to user supply mains, its output bus is connected to first input bus of microcontroller, input bus of display unit is connected to first output bus of microcontroller, keyboard output bus is connected to second input bus of microcontroller, input/output bus of nonvolatile memory is connected to first input/output bus of microcontroller, output bus of protected-information input device is connected to third input bus of microcontroller, output bus of real-time clock is connected to fourth input bus of microcontroller, input power bus of switching unit is connected to user supply mains, control-input bus of switching unit is connected to second output bus of microcontroller, output power bus of switching unit is connected to user supply mains, first input/output bus of interface is connected to second input/output bus of microcontroller, and its second input/output bus, to peripheral devices for data exchange.
