FIELD: measuring equipment, namely, engineering of equipment for remote measurements and control over consumed electric energy.

SUBSTANCE: each client controlling device on basis of measured momentary voltage and current values in load circuit calculates amount of consumed electric energy and amount of electric power consumed by load. Measured number of measured electric energy is added to counter of electric energy consumed as debt. Also performs registration of time passed since the moment of receipt of the last command to decrease counter of electric energy consumed as debt. If measured power consumed by load exceeds selected power limit level, load circuit is detached from feeding electric network. On basis of received command decreases value of counter of electric energy consumed as debt by value sent to command. List of commands, at least, consists of command to decrease counter of electric energy consumed as debt and command for limiting consumed power at given level.
