FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissolving gelatin in water, its thermic destruction in an aqueous solution and deionization on ion-exchange resins, gelatin hydrolysis, addition of sodium disubstituted hydrocitrate to solution, solution neutralization, addition of sodium chloride and sterilizing filtration. Before neutralization the sterilized adenine an aqueous solution is added to solution additionally at 50-60 C up to its concentration in preserving agent 0.30-0.45 g/l; also, sodium hydrogen phosphate is added to solution up to its concentration in preserving agent 3.5-4.5 g/l. Gelatin deionization is carried out on cation-exchange resins. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of preserving agent. 1 tbl
