FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents used in diagnosis of hemostasis pathology. Method involves mixing donor blood with preserving agent containing sodium citrate and sodium azide, plasma separation, combining plasma obtained from blood of separate donors and sublimating drying the plasma pool in the presence of N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-piperazine-N'-2-ethanesulfonic acid. Preserving agent has additionally glycine and aspartic acid or their mixture. N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-piperazine-N'-2 -ethanesulfonic acid is added to plasma pool before sublimating drying in the amount 3.5-4.5 mg/1 ml of plasma.
