The preserving agent comprises the following components dissolved in 1 l of water, g: purified deionized and partially destructurized gelatin with molecular mass 13000-Na2HPO4 Da, 7.2-7.8; sodium citrate, 0.9-1.1; sodium chloride, 3.5-4.0; sodium hydrogen phosphate, 3.6-4.4, and glucose, 6.3-7.7.
