FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to solutions for resuspending and storing components of deposited donor blood and, in particular, for resuspending and storing erythrocytes defrosted after cryopreservation and washed from cryopreservant. Additional solution for storing washed defrosted erythrocytes includes sodium salt, glucose, and adenine, and sodium fumarate and a mixture of mono- and disubstituted sodium phosphates as sodium salt, as well as sucrose to increase the osmolarity of the solution, wherein the components are taken in the following ratio (mmol per l): 46.3±6.9 sodium fumarate, 12.2±4.5 monosubstituted sodium phosphate, 10.5±3.6 disubstituted sodium phosphate, 40.4±0.1 glucose, 1.47±0.01 adenine, and 88.8±1.7 sucrose. The solution may additionally include 4.3±0.5 mmol/l sodium citrate.
EFFECT: proposed additive solution is effective in hypothermic storage of washed defrosted erythrocytes, preserves the quantity and functional activity thereof throughout the storage time.
