Drums have cells arranged over circumference and separated from each other by spokes. Each cell is designed for holding one printed matter. Spokes have knives rotated by corresponding cellular vane drum. One stationary countershear corresponds to each set of rotating knives. Countershear is connected with guide member. Guide member directed along working surface of corresponding cellular vane drum provides definite clearance of cutting between corresponding countershear and rotating knives engaging with countershear.
