FIELD: blasting operations in mining industry and construction. SUBSTANCE: surface of emulsion in the accumulating tank is isolated by a layer of liquid that is inert relative to emulsion and has a lower density as compared with the emulsion density; water is used as liquid, and the total volume of emulsion and liquid in the accumulating tank is maintained equal to the inner capacity of this tank. Besides, and additional tank is installed and connected to through a pipeline to the accumulating tank, and part of the liquid is placed in this additional tank, which preferably is positioned above the accumulating tank. At a discharge of emulsion into the tank of the mixing-charging machine the capacity of the additional tank is taken to be equal at least to the capacity of the tank of the mixing-charging machine and not to exceed the capacity of the accumulating tank.
