FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanized production of water-resistant emulsion explosives. Process line includes a unit for preparation of a fuel mixture and a unit for preparation of an oxidant solution, which includes a container with a device for heating the contents with steam in its inner cavity, a device for feeding the initial oxidant product into this container, a device for feeding water into this container, and a device for weighing this container. Capacity of oxidizer solution preparation unit is communicated via controlled shutoff device with main line containing filter and pump, output of which is connected to a heat exchanger through an adjustable pipe tee, having a line for returning the oxidant solution to the tank of this unit, and a separate pipeline with a tank for storing the oxidant solution, which is equipped with a device for heating the contents with steam in its inner cavity and a device for weighing this tank. Through controlled shutoff device separate pipeline is interconnected with oxidizer solution premixing device with fuel mixture, at inlet of which there installed is T-joint communicated via controlled shutoff device with oxidizer solution storage tank. Fuel mixture preparation unit comprises tank with heat exchange device to heat or cool the medium inside tank, device to feed initial product of fuel mix into this tank, device to mix medium inside the tank and weighing device. Tank is equipped with an emulsifier feed inlet and an outlet communicated through a filter and a pump with a separate heat exchanger, the outlet of which is connected to a device for premixing the oxidant solution with the fuel mixture, outlet of the latter is communicated with finished product dispensing pump and, via controlled shutoff device, with a fuel mixture return line to the fuel mixture preparation unit tank. At that, in channels of communication with containers there are mass Coriolis flow meters with a control unit connected to control units of weighing devices, which are made with the function of supplying a control signal to the actuating mechanism of the shutoff assembly in the corresponding channel for its locking when the weight of the corresponding container is increased by a value corresponding to the weight of the supplied component or mixture of components.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the accuracy of the plumb line of liquid components to bring the composition to be mixed by weight and percentage to the formula.
