SUBSTANCE: at preparation of emulsion in a mixing-charging machine liquid fuel with a higher percentage of emulsion mass as compared with the preset percentage of liquid fuel in the emulsion explosive mixture is introduced to it, and preparation of solid phase in the mixing- charging machine is accomplished with a content of liquid fuel of the mass of this phase determined from relation: Fsph = (FEEM - FE•E)/S, where Fsph - content of liquid fuel in emulsion explosive mixtures, mass percent; FEEM - preset content of liquid fuel in emulsion explosive mixtures, mas.%; FE - preset control of liquid fuel in emulsion, mas. % of emulsion; Э - preset fraction of emulsion in emulsion explosive mixtures; S - preset fraction of solid phase in emulsion explosive mixtures. The content of liquid fuel in emulsion makes up 7 to 20 mas. % of emulsion, in solid phase it does not exceed 5.5 mass percent of this phase, and the content of emulsion in emulsion explosive mixtures is 20 to 80 mass percent of emulsion explosive mixtures mass.
