SUBSTANCE: method for stabilization of polyunsaturated compounds involves adding ascorbic acid or its ester or its salt together with phosphorylated mono- or difatty acyl of glyceride or its salt into said compound. Adding of antioxidant of tocopherol type or of tocotrienol type into said compound is also possible. Method for production of stable pharmaceutical, food or veterinary compositions is also proposed.
