SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antioxidative fat or oil composition with stable taste, which contains 3-9 mass fractions of oleic acid, 5-15 mass fractions of linoleic acid and 0.1-1.5 fractions of linoleic acid per one mass fraction of highunsaturated long-chain fatty acids. Composition remains free of foreign smell of fish oil for a long period of time and can be used in usual heat treatment of product.
EFFECT: obtaining antioxidative fat or oil composition with stable taste.
