FIELD: brewing. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a cylindrical vessel with a bottom jacket vertically installed in an insulating body, accommodating the reservoir of the steam generator with an electric heater; positioned in the upper part of the cylindrical vessel is a hole and pipeline for the discharge of sap vapors, and an arrangement of discharge and feed pipelines. It is also furnished with a regulating tank with an arrangement of pipelines and additional valves, pressure gauge and a pressure regulator. The steam generator electric heater is made in the form of electrodes. The lower parts of the steam generator tank and regulating tank are connected by a pipeline to the first additional valve, the upper part of the regulating tank is connected through parallel-connected second additional valve and pressure regulator to the sap vapor discharge pipeline, connected to which through the third additional valve is the upper part of the bottom jacket that is connected to the upper part of the regulating tank through successively connected fourth and third additional valves, with the pressure gauge installed between them.
