FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has mash-and-wort brewing apparatus with a reservoir mounted in the casing, steam generator, filter tank, hot water tank, hydraulic cyclone apparatus, ice accumulation device provided with cooling system, beer wort cooling apparatus connected to the mash-and- wort brewing apparatus and the filter tank by means of liquor steam discharge pipe lines, tank with an outgoing tube and coil pipe connected to water supply tube of the hot water tank. All the devices are connected to each other with a set of pipe lines. The hydraulic cyclone apparatus is provided with a cooling jacket connected to water supply tube of the hot water tank.
