FIELD: brewery industry. SUBSTANCE: steam generator has main vessel installed in isolating body. Main vessel accommodates electrode heater of liquid, adjusting vessel connected via valve with main vessel whose upper part has outlet hole. Adjusting vessel is separated by partition into upper and lower cavities. Partition is secured above level of liquid in main vessel and has hole with tube secured thereto. Tube is located in upper cavity and connects upper with lower cavity. Main vessel is communicated with adjusting vessel through lower part of upper cavity. EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and extended functional potentialities. 1 dwg
