DOMESTIC METHANE TANK Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2099414 C1

FIELD: anaerobic fermentation of carbon-containing solid household wastes, feces, manure and dung of domestic animals and poultry, household sewage for production of manure gas for the purposes of heating, food preparation, water heating in individual buildings. SUBSTANCE: methane tank has body separated by partitions with ports into chambers of acid, neutral, alkali and methane fermentation. Chambers are communicated with one another in direction of flow of substrate and manure gas from loading device to unloading device. Methane tank has enrichment column made in the form of vertical body separated by perforated partitions into enrichment sections. Chamber of methane fermentation is communicated with upper section of enrichment column by liquid component of post-fermentation residue and with lower section, by manure gas. Located in sections on partitions is grainy immobilizing fill. Provided in column is flow of gas towards liquid component, accumulation of gas in collector located atop the column, and its discharge through hydraulic seal to users. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
