DOMESTIC METHANE TANK Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2098481 C1

FIELD: anaerobic purification and utilization of household nitrogen-carrying solid waste in individual houses remote from centralized heat, electricity and canalization networks. SUBSTANCE: domestic methane tank includes frame with partitions of chambers of acid, neutral, alkaline and methane fermentation, mover located between branch pipes for loading and unloading of media which has driving shaft with blades and heat exchanger for thermostating of process of fermentation. Heat exchanger is built in the form of outer and inner pipes concentrically installed outside frame. Outer pipe with expansion vessel in upper part has internal space communicating with submersible water heater placed into internal space of frame of methane tank. Inner pipe is fitted with gauze under which burner is positioned which communicates with branch pipe for removal of biogas from gas space through hydraulic gate. Fill of iron chips is situated above gauze. Inner pipe communicates at the top with atmosphere of room where methane tanks is mounted. EFFECT: improved functional efficiency of domestic methane tank. 3 dwg
