FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture of natural fats, synthetic fat and oil were oxidizes with air heated to 65-105 C in the presence of copper-chrome-barium catalyst followed by addition to the oxidized material the staining composition at amount 35 wt.-% of the following composition, wt.-%: black pigment 35; organic acid 30, and kerosene 25. The obtained mixture is treated with sodium sulfite an aqueous solution up to preparing the self-emulsifying in water product. Induline, nigrosine, technical carbon (black carbon) and their mixture were used as black pigment; saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acids of C8-C20-order and their mixtures were used as an organic acid.
