FIELD: dyes, chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing the black dyeing composition compatible with greasing composite. Process is carried out in beaded mill of vertical type filled with glass beads rotating by impeller mechanical mixer as wearing device and fitted with jacket that provides both heating and cooling function and connected with atmosphere directly through reflux condenser and having outlet branch pipe. The latter provides combining spontaneous discharge of preparing composition and its unloading under vacuum and to combine their with separation of beads on metallic net at inlet to branch pipe with cell size by 2-3-fold less of beads diameter used. Measured amounts of solid carbon black and dye are added through loading hatch followed by addition of kerosene and diesel fuel. Loading hatch and reactor outlet are closed on reflux condenser and stirring is carried out for 0.25-1 h. Then stirring is stopped for 0.5-2 h but before hot water is fed into jacket and mill content is heated to temperature 50-60oC to end of settling period. Required amounts of acid, white spirit and grease addition are added as melt through loading hatch. Mechanical stirring is switched on and process is carried out at spontaneously fixing temperature up to 115-120oC for 0.5-3 h at stirring. The further temperature rise is restrained by cooling with jacket running water providing passing the maximum in the range 140-155oC 1-2.5 h later. Cooling at continuous stirring is continued up to reducing temperature up to 130-135oC for 0.75-1.5 h. Cooling is ceased but stirring is continued for additional 0.5-1.5 h to reduce temperature up to 115-120oC. Stirring is ceased followed by firstly by gravity and then ready production is poured off under vacuum wherein the ready production comprises black pigment, organic acid, solvent and greasing addition. Mixture of black carbon and induline dye is used as black pigment in their ratio from 8:0.75 to 3.75:5. Induline or nigrosine, or their mixture taken in any ratio is used as a dye. Fatty acid-(C10) or above, or any their mixture is used as organic acid. Mixture of kerosene, diesel fuel and white spirit taken in the ratio = (7-6):(0.75-1.5):(0.75-1.5) is used as a solvent. Sulfonated fish oil or oxidized mixture of natural and synthetic fats and oil "POD" are used as a greasing addition. Invention provides preparing dyeing composition providing safety surface dyeing with high and stable degree of blackness and without expressed violet and other tints.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, improved and valuable properties of dye.
