RECONSTRUCTED APARTMENT BUILDING Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: reconstruction of low buildings. SUBSTANCE: reconstructed apartment building is composed of three parts: building under reconstruction, built around part and superstructure. In built around part, floors are positioned above floor of related storey of building under reconstruction and both floors are connected within the limits of each apartment by stair positioned in opening of outer wall of building under reconstruction. Height of apartment portion positioned in building around part exceeds that of remaining portion of apartment. Apartments positioned within the limits of inclined roof of superstructure, have dwelling rooms with increased height as compared to sanitary and other rooms (kitchen, sanitary unit, entrance etc). Floors of dwelling and other rooms are positioned within one apartment at different levels and connected by stairs. Upper apartments of superstructure are positioned at two levels: floor of sanitary and other rooms are positioned between floors of dwelling rooms and connected with them within the limits of each apartment by stairs.
