FIELD: building, particularly reconstruction of all-purpose buildings, to which additional stories are added.

SUBSTANCE: reconstructed building includes existent building consisted of load-bearing walls supported by foundation, floor panels and flat roof having inner drain and predetermined number of additional stories. The additional stories are installed on monolithic belt fixedly connected to outer walls of building to be reconstructed and also have drain system. The drain system includes wall gutters and drain pipes communicated with inner drain of building to be reconstructed. The drain pipes are located in space defined by floor of lower additional story and existent building roof or in service story. Other drain system structures are also disclosed.

EFFECT: increased strength and operational reliability.
