FIELD: multiple-stage garages and parks. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pallets, supporting rollers for moving pallets, guides brought in contact with supporting rollers and adapted for oriented displacement of pallets, pallet retaining members positioned in car boxes, longitudinal beams, movable frame, two pairs of rollers for moving frame along longitudinal beams, frame drive, retainer mounted on movable frame and composed of pallet retaining members and retaining member drive mechanism. Supporting rollers are mounted in car boxes and on lifter platform. Guides contacting with supporting rollers are positioned on lower surface of pallet or, alternatively, in car boxes and on lifter platform. Supporting rollers are mounted on pallet lower surface. Two pairs of rollers for moving frame are mounted on frame, two rollers - in front of frame and two rollers behind frame. Longitudinal beams are mounted on lifter platform and in car boxes so that they are in contact with two pairs of rollers of movable frame. Frame drive has toothed wheels mounted in front of movable frame in axial alignment with front pair of rollers and behind movable frame in axial alignment with rear pair of rollers of movable frame. Engines are mounted on movable frame for driving front and rear toothed wheels. Toothed or pin-type racks engageable with toothed wheels are mounted on lifter platform and in car boxes. Electric cable wounding mechanism is mounted on lifter platform or on movable frame. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and improved safety of system. 10 dwg
