FIELD: oil producing industry, in particular, methods for development of deposits with oils saturated with paraffin. SUBSTANCE: method includes withdrawal of oil through producing wells and injection of water nonheated at the surface through injection well which is heat-insulated in formation zone, then injection well is drilled in zone of rocks located at the large depth as compared with the oil formation occurrence, and subsequent return of well towards the formation, introduction into formation from the side of it foot. In so doing, a sump is reamed in point of well maximum depth. Maximum depth of well is determined by the equation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
