FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used in development of deposits with high-paraffined and high-viscous oil. According to method, at opening of permafrost ground zone, lowered into injection wells are pump-compressor pipes. Packer is installed in annular space, and zone of permafrost ground is blocked. Installed below packer seated in annular space is another packer inside pump-compressor pipes. Closer to bottom-hole, isolating packer is installed in annular space. Water is pumped down through injection wells. Water is heated due to heat exchange with rock matter. Injection of water in that part of bore-hole which opens zone of permafrost ground with lower and subzero temperatures is effected through pump-compressor pipes. In that part of bore-hole which opens rock matter of temperature which is equal to or higher than temperature of water at well head, injection of water is performed through annular space of pump-compressor pipes. Application of method ensures reduction of heat loss connected with heat outflow from water being injected, and creates conditions which prevent thawing of frozen ground.
