FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: automatic ignition corrector has detonation pickups, detonation discriminator, and phase converter. The corrector is also provided with a timer, which measures a time period for which an engine operates in partial-load conditions and changes the advance angle by a given value when detonation occurs.
