FIELD: manufacture of fittings; disk-type regulating and throttle valves. SUBSTANCE: valve includes body with seat fixed in it. Fixed seat has bypass peripheral ports. Valve is also provided with central passage, swivel disk spool valve with cuts and central longitudinal hole engageable with seat at all times, spindle and cover with cylinder located in it. Cylinder is provided with piston permanently connected with spool valve forming unloading chamber which is brought in communication with drain chamber. Sealing surface of spool valve is provided with sector slots forming intermediate chamber together with surface of seat; intermediate chamber is brought in communication with unloading chamber and central passage of seat.
