FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: valve comprises pressure and drain spaces and unmovable seat that is provided with through shaped peripheral ports and central passage and is mounted in the housing. The seat is in a contact with the slide valve. The slide valve is connected with the device for transmitting torque from the drive. The sector grooves made on the sealing surface of the slide valve form an intermediate chamber together with the surface of the seat. The intermediate chamber is in communication with the central passage of the seat. The closed ring space is interposed between the seat and slide valve over the periphery of the slide valve. The ring space is connected with the pressure space. The valve is additionally provided with the ring that is mounted upstream of the slide valve from the side of the inlet space to define the second closed ring space between them over the periphery of the slide valve. The second closed space is connected with the drain space. The spaces are interconnected though passages made in the slide valve.
