FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to control valves and is intended for use in disk-type valves in various process lines at thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and in petrochemical industry. Axial multipurpose disk valve with relief device comprises a stationary seat with peripherical pass profiled openings. The seat contacts with a solid valve spindle with recesses. The shaft is passed through the cover and is provided with thrust and radial bearings. In the spindle cylinder, there is a piston, which forms the relief chamber. The piston is co-axial to the spindle and seat and is installed along the pipe section of the body. Slots on the spindle sealing face, together with the seat face, form an intermediate chamber. Gear is installed so as to provide for possibility of spindle contact with the shaft and its turning by more than 90°. The valve is provided with stiffening ribs, protective casing and cross-bar. The ribs are installed along the body axis. One of the ribs is attached to the seat by means of a clamping element. The other rib is attached to retainer. Protective lining is installed in drainage plane. Clamping device is secured in the cross-bar and contacts the spindle. Gear is provided with a casing.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of valve operation and service life thereof.
