SUBSTANCE: system has stationary part incorporating series-connected controller, comparator, low-frequency filter, amplifier, detector, and LC oscillator with inductive sensor in the form of first inductance coil whose control input is connected to controller, and portable part that has parallel oscillatory circuit with second inductance coil interacting with first inductance coil; oscillatory circuit is connected via power supply to code shaper whose output is connected to switch and data outputs, to storage unit. Connected to power supply is pulse generator whose output is connected to clock input of code converter and switch is connected in parallel with second inductance coil.
