FIELD: surface treatment of soil combined with fertilizer application. SUBSTANCE: ionizing harrow has frame, longitudinal and transverse pipes and teeth. Harrow is further provided with air and water channels and mixing chamber for mixing air and water and easily ionizing fertilizers. Ionizer has housing, isolator, magnetic coil and electrode with electric wire. Moistened air carrying fertilizers is supplied to tooth and, while passing through channel, it is exposed to electric current and ionized with following discharge into soil.
